In 2024, Novasecta hosted two networking breakfasts for our pharmaceutical network in Copenhagen. The events were attended by senior representatives from a range of pharmaceutical companies, who brought diverse perspectives on the topics we discussed.
On 9th April 2024, we discussed ‘Success in Pharma’, with a focus on how companies achieve long-term success through:

On 9th October 2024, we were back in Copenhagen to discuss ‘Decision-making in Pharma’, where we identified the important elements of successful decision-making, including:
- Alignment on the strategic focus through all layers of the organisation
- Leaders that trust and empower their teams to make decisions
- Systematically evaluating the options for key decisions and their expected outcomes
- Active engagement from all those present in decision-making discussions
- Communication of roles, accountabilities and decisions through project teams
